My experience as a consultant

I am a Certified Leadership Coach with ACC from the International Coaching Federation and work with leaders who wish to change their career path, transform their lives or experience corporate change. Using different coaching models, I always manage to establish trust and strive to synchronize organizational with individual goals, balancing between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. By asking open-ended questions, I manage to focus the topic towards an outcome, helping the client to find a solution at the end of each session. My coaching sessions always focus on the client’s strengths and engender lasting commitment to clearly defined goals. Apart from standard coaching, I am also a career guidance consultant and leadership skills trainer. I also work on a voluntary basis as a coach for women’s organizations and the Red Cross, based in Toronto, Canada and in Bulgaria.
