My experience as a consultant

I am a Certified Leadership Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and work with leaders who wish to change their career path, transform their lives, or navigate organizational change. By utilizing various coaching models, I consistently build trust and strive to align organizational and individual goals, striking a balance between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. By asking open-ended questions, I guide the conversation toward a specific outcome, helping the client find a solution by the end of each session. My coaching sessions always focus on the client’s strengths and foster a lasting commitment to clearly defined goals. In addition to standard coaching, I am also a career guidance consultant and leadership skills trainer. I also volunteer as a coach for women’s organizations and the Red Cross, based in Toronto, Canada, and in Bulgaria.
