On December 5 and 6 at Novotel Sofia, the “Journey for Leaders” Leadership Master Class continues with Episode 2—a two-day intensive program focused on leading others. You do not need to have completed Episode 1; the programs are completely independent of one another.

The program is practice-oriented and combines proven leadership models, real-world business case studies, exercises, discussions, and work on the participants’ specific challenges.
