My name is Radoslava. I am an accredited coach with more than 20 years of expertise in human resources management, of which more than 15 years of leadership experience in multinational companies in various sectors – banking, manufacturing, retail sports. I like to constantly develop and learn. My hobbies are drawing, acting, skiing, nature, traveling,
books.

My career journey
My career journey includes a remarkable 15+ years in various HR leadership roles in big international companies. I graduated from the prestigious French high school in Varna, after which I received a master’s degree in International Economic Relations. In addition, I expanded my expertise in the field of Journalism by acquiring a professional qualification. My strive for knowledge led me to specialized training programs for intMake your reservationernational leaders held in Italy and France. In particular, I completed coaching training at the renowned Erickson Coaching International School in Milan, Italy, where I went through the transformational “Art & Science of Coaching” program. I further deepened my knowledge through the “Deep Coaching” and “Group Coaching” trainings led by the founder of Erickson Coaching International, Marilyn Atkinson, as well as the Four Quadrant Quantum Thinking led by Peter Stefani. In 2021 I was chosen as HR Director of the year, which I am proud of. I speak English and French fluently, I have basic knowledge of Italian, and Bulgarian is my mother tongue.
